Case Study
Under the subsidized program "e-retail", we were asked to develop a modern and aesthetically modern online store, which meets the program's specification and satisfies even the most demanding visitor.
Solution
The online store was developed on a specialized e-commerce platform, in 2 languages. Its design is Full Responsive, so that there is an even result in the store visits through mobile devices, while at the same time there was provision for access by people with disabilities following the WCAG 2.0 AAA protocol. In addition, special emphasis was placed on navigation, so that the visitor can easily and quickly find what he is looking for.
In all product categories there are search and restriction filters that allow only products that meet these criteria to be displayed.
Multiple payment methods are supported (Cash on Delivery, Bank Deposit, Use of Debit / Credit Card, PayPal) while, for the use of a card, a bridge with the bank that cooperated with the store was developed.
Additionally, a mechanism for automatic calculation of transport costs is used, based on the geographical area of the recipient of the order.
Finally, in accordance with the Community directives, the website is in full compliance with the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
At marketing level, OnSite optimization (Search Engine Optimization) was implemented, the website was registered in all search engines and the company's social media was interfaced with the online store. Especially for Facebook and Instagram, a mechanism was configured to automatically introduce products into the store's social media profiles.
